Install instructions for Apple Mac OS X APPLE MAC OS X (also for APPLE M1/M2/M3/M4):

• Install only 64-bit (for INTEL/AMD) version of EXE file.
• from the terminal (command line), install the Homebrew package manager:
  
  /bin/bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/HEAD/install.sh)"
   
• from the terminal (command line), install the Wine package (for INTEL processors):
   
  brew install --cask --no-quarantine wine-stable
   
  or optionally for (for ARM processors M1/M2/M3/M4)
   
  /opt/homebrew/bin/brew install --cask --no-quarantine wine-stable
   
• comment: parameter --no-quarantine is required to block stupid security warnings
  
• comment: WINE installation folder ~/.wine  is hidden. In Finder select command "Open folder..." and enter ~/.wine
